The Bootcamp is held at The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, right on the Parkway, wrapped in the kind of energy that makes the Smokies such a magnet.

You’re a short drive from Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Between sessions you’ll be deep in hallway conversations with other investors; in the evenings, grabbing dinner nearby and swapping stories later than you meant to.

The Ramsey offers comfortable rooms, a hot breakfast for guests, and plenty of space to spread out, learn, and connect without feeling cramped.

General Admission

Jul 25–26

Two days. Main Bootcamp, Saturday & Sunday.

VIP

Jul 24–26

Three days. Adds the private VIP Day on Friday the 24th.

When exactly is everything happening?

The main Bootcamp runs two days: Saturday, July 25th and Sunday, July 26th. That’s what every General Admission ticket covers. VIP ticket holders get a third day, the private VIP Day on Friday, July 24th, that happens before the main Bootcamp begins. So: General Admission is two days (25–26), VIP is three (24–26). As the event gets closer, we’ll send exact start and end times so you can book travel without the guesswork.

What’s the difference between General Admission and VIP?

General Admission gets you into every main Bootcamp session on the 25th and 26th: every speaker, the full workbook, and plenty of room to connect with other operators. VIP adds an entire extra day on July 24th, where the room is smaller, the conversations are more personal, and Bill and Avery can dig into individual scenarios in a way that simply isn’t possible in a big group. It’s for people who want to show up already in motion.

Are meals included?

If you’re staying at The Ramsey, you’ll wake up to a hot breakfast each morning. Lunches and dinners are on your own, but that’s often where the best conversations happen: small groups heading out together and staying later than they planned because they’re finally talking to people who actually get it.

I’m newer to STRs. Will I be in over my head?

If you’re serious about building a short-term rental business, not just “thinking about it someday,” you’ll be fine. There will be moments where your brain feels stretched. That’s the point. You’ll learn from people well ahead of you, and you’ll be surrounded by others who remember exactly what it felt like to be where you are now.

Will this be recorded?

This is designed first and foremost as a live experience, being in the room is the priority. If any recording or replay option becomes available, we’ll spell it out clearly on the checkout page. Your safest bet is to be there in person.

Can I bring a spouse or business partner?

Yes, and it can be powerful to have the person you make decisions with sitting next to you, hearing the same things in real time. We just ask that each person have their own ticket so we can plan the room and materials properly.
