We’ll kick off VIP Day on Wednesday, July 24th for those with VIP tickets. The main Bootcamp begins on the morning of Thursday, July 25th and runs through Friday, July 26th. As the event gets closer, we’ll send exact start and end times so you can plan your travel without stress.

General Admission gets you into every main Bootcamp session on the 25th and 26th. You’ll hear from every speaker, work through your workbook, and have plenty of chances to connect with others in the room.

VIP adds an entire extra day—July 24th—where the room is smaller, the conversations are more personal, and Bill and Avery can dig into individual scenarios in a way that just isn’t possible in a big group. It’s for the people who want to show up already in motion.

If you’re staying at The Ramsey, you’ll wake up to a hot breakfast each morning. Lunches and dinners are on your own, but that’s often where some of the best conversations happen—small groups heading out together, staying up later than they planned because they’re finally talking to people who get it.

If you’re serious about building a short-term rental business—not just “thinking about it someday”—you’ll be fine. There will be moments where your brain feels stretched. That’s the point. You’ll hear from people ahead of you, but you’ll also be surrounded by others who remember exactly what it felt like to be where you are now.

This is designed first and foremost as a live experience. Being in the room is the priority. If any recording or replay option becomes available, we’ll spell that out clearly on the checkout page—but your safest bet is to be there in person.

Yes. In fact, it can be powerful to have the person you make decisions with sitting next to you, hearing the same things in real time. We just ask that each person have their own ticket so we can plan the room and materials appropriately.
